Position Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy in order to enhance our online presence and increase customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy, aligning with our business goals and marketing objectives.

- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” manner while cultivating leads and sales.
- Manage social media presence and campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Conduct regular social media audits and monitor competitors to analyze industry trends and insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective promotion strategies for products and services.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, assess, and report on performance metrics, providing insights to optimize social media activities.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital marketing and social media technologies; recommend innovative approaches.
- Foster relationships with digital influencers and online communities, establishing partnerships that enhance reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service and PR to ensure consistent messaging and support company-wide objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a focus on driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Exceptional knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices—familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools is a plus.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a persuasive voice.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Creative mindset and a keen eye for design, trends, and content that resonates with audiences.
- Experience in managing social media ad campaigns and understanding of online marketing principles.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience with SEO and SEM will be considered an advantage.
